These include planning, reporting, customer/account management, sales process optimization, sales job design, sales program adherence, and achieving revenue goals set by management.\nIdentify, develop, and cultivate new business opportunities, maximizing ADI presence and market share in designated accounts and territory. \nMaintain and grow existing key customer relationships, define and execute sales and growth strategy, while aligning with critical sales business objectives\nActively engage with Datacom Vendors to develop a regional go-to-market strategy\nPrepare and conduct presentations on ADI's Datacom products and services to existing and prospective customers, delivering a value proposition that focuses on the features and benefits as they relate to customer needs\nManage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our Datacom Team\nAct as an escalation point and advocate for critical customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and client retention\nSupport the regional sales team as Datacom subject matter expert, demonstrating market knowledge and competitive knowledge opportunities\nDrive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization\nMUST HAVE:\n3- 5+ years of experience Datacom industry experience specifically Networking Cabling Infrastructure Solution\nPossess and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record\nMust live within the territory of Raleigh, NC, Charleston, SC or Columbia, SC.\nExceptional customer service and relationship-building skills\nWE VALUE\nEstablished relationships in the Datacom industry preferred with potential clients and marketing ideas\nExcellent communication and presentation skills \nStrong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines\nStrong listening and attention to detail skills\nProven history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives\nSolid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)\nProven ability to cold call on customers to obtain new business \nAbility to demonstrate a high level of ownership, work well with little to no supervision, results-driven, self-motivated\nExperience negotiating with key stakeholders at leading enterprise companies\nWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:\nAside from the awesome people you will get to interact with on a daily basis, we offer a number of benefits including:\nLife and health insurance\nLife assistance program\nTuition Reimbursement\nRetirement plan (Immediate eligibility for 401K)\nVacation & holidays.
