As a Store Manager, you will be working with customers and supplier partners, creating and implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales performance in efforts to achieve the financial targets of the branch.\nIn return, we offer a competitive base salary, a market-leading commission structure (paid quarterly), and a whole host of other benefits, not to mention the backup and support of the market leader who have over 200 locations across the globe!\nJOB DUTIES\nSales Performance\nServe as a Sales Leader to drive selling activities and coach to increase sales performance\nEnsure the Store exceeds targets like Sales revenue, account growth, and, product sales\nCoordinate customer training events to expand market potential\nMonitor competitive conditions in the territory, and recommend changes as necessary to gain market share in new areas\nMaintain relationships with customers and vendors to achieve short and long-term goals of the store\nWork with vendors to identify sales opportunities to drive leads to the branch\nLeverage reports and dashboards for identifying sales trends\nTeam Management and Development\nManage hiring, training, and mentoring of employees to ensure a positive experience.\nLead team members to exceed the organisation's expectations for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment.\nLead ongoing professional development for the team\nFoster an environment of teamwork that promotes the appreciation of diversity as well as cohesiveness and support and work effectively together to enable employees to succeed.\nPerform Periodic Performance Reviews and Annual Compensation Planning\nDrive Store Operations\nManage the Profit & Loss of the Store, leveraging cost controls, price improvement, and sales growth to maximise the Store's profitability.\nSupervise the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the Store\nPromote exceptional customer service for customers\nHandle and Resolve escalations related to the Customers\nYOU MUST HAVE\n3+ years of experience with a Sales Background\nPeople Management experience preferably with distribution or retail exposure\nExcellent communication (written and spoken) and demonstrates active listening skills\nWE VALUE\nElectrical Security Industry experience\nComputer literacy skills - Knowledge of operating Microsoft Office\nStrong Analytical Skills with experience in any Customer relationship management tool\nBranch Management experience - Profit & Loss [P&L]\nNegotiation and problem-solving skills;
