We help leaders make informed security decisions by transforming complex information into meaningful insights, driving security accountability, managing risks and remediation efforts, and continuously improving governance processes through data analytics, automation, and AI-powered solutions.\nAs part of our team, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple cybersecurity governance disciplines, including security reporting, business partnering, InfoSec issue management, InfoSec Governance, Risk & Compliance platforms, asset security ratings, and emerging AI technologies. You will work closely with security experts and technology teams around the world while contributing to initiatives that directly influence how cybersecurity is managed across a global organization.\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:\nINFORMATION SECURITY REPORTING\nSupport the creation of security reporting, dashboards, and data-driven insights that provide visibility into cybersecurity performance, risks, and trends. Help transform complex security data into meaningful information that supports decision-making by security, technology, and business leaders.\nAI & AUTOMATION INITIATIVES\nWork on innovative initiatives that leverage artificial intelligence to enhance governance processes through advanced data analysis, trend identification, process automation, and the development of AI-powered agents that improve the way security services are delivered and consumed.\nINFORMATION SECURITY GRC OPERATIONS\nContribute to the operation and continuous improvement of our Information Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform, which supports end-to-end Information Security issue management, control maturity assessments, local security assessments, and cyber regulatory compliance activities across the organization.\nASSET SECURITY RATING\nSupport the evaluation of confidentiality, integrity, and availability requirements for business applications and technology assets. These assessments help determine security ratings and the corresponding security controls required to protect critical systems and information.\nINFORMATION SECURITY BUSINESS PARTNERING\nCollaborate with Information Security Business Partners who work closely with senior stakeholders across technology and business functions to drive security accountability, manage risks, and support cybersecurity initiatives.\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:\nCollege or university degree with focus on IT, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n3 years of IT experience, including at least 1 year in cybersecurity.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent English skills (verbal and written).\nSpecific technical skills (role dependent):Foundational understanding of cybersecurity principles, concepts, and best practices acquired through education, internships, work experience, certifications, or personal projects.\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity frameworks, standards, or control frameworks (e.g., NIST SP 800-53, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).\nBasic understanding of information security risk management, security controls, and governance concepts.\nExperience working with data, reporting, dashboards, or analytical tools to support decision making.\nAbility to analyse information from multiple sources and translate findings into clear and actionable insights.\n\nNice to have technical skills:Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI.\nExperience with data ingestion, integration, transformation, or automation technologies (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Power Automate, Fabric, Logic Apps).\nExperience building or configuring AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar platforms.\nExperience supporting or administering Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) platforms (e.g., Hyperproof, Archer, MetricStream).\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity issue management, remediation tracking, and risk governance processes.\nExperience with SQL, data modelling, or data visualization concepts.\nKnowledge of process automation, workflow design, and low-code/no-code solutions.\n\nAbility to cope with change, make decisions, and act comfortably when confronted with risk or uncertainty.\nProactivity and “team player” attitude, with strong problem solving skills, hands on approach, and a growth mindset.\nEffective communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and adapt messages to different audiences and stakeholders.\nHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality.\nAbility to build positive working relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders through professionalism, collaboration, and reliability.\nWHAT IF I DON’T CHECK ALL THE BOXES?\nIt’s ok if some of the technology or terminology mentioned here is new for you.
