Direct the workflow in and around the Case Reserve department to include product flow. to and from Case Reserve in a safe and effective manner, while properly directing associates to complete assigned tasks. Responsible for continually improving the processes of the facility to increase the overall effectiveness of the operation. This role requires an effective professional communicator (verbal & written), professional team player and must work well with others, must have excellent prioritizing skills.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupporting leaders with the information\nRelease wave by wave type individually in -non sort\nEnsuring no waves are locked\nEnter & track waves on the pass down as they are dropped & processed\nIf opening multiple waves of same type assign task to drivers\nAssign drivers to work profile.\nKnowledge of understanding when to wave profile allows zone picking\nManage sla locations\nIBPD\nTracking LM printing reports\nResponding to all emails in a timely manner\nRepicks\nQA/IC\nInbound\nMezzanine\nSorter\nReturns/Rework etc\nEnsure Repicks & trouble tasks are picked in a timely fashion\nUtilize the staffing model throughout the day\nCommunicating with shipping on dedicated flow\nAssigning runners to transport & pack out dedicated (lead)\nManaging putaway flow\nCheck for trouble task after every wave is dropped\nEnsure a good flow of cases are at case break areas\nProvide details on missed cases (lead)\nValidating cases are 100% picked and in drop zone as we are completing\nSupport pulling or put away when needed\nCheck each picked wave ensuring it's completely completed prior to stating its closed.
