You will also validate if the concepts and solutions delivered meet the desired user experiences and document the developed standards using the Global Digital Experience Guidelines. The aspiration is to define experiences that maximize consumer engagement, conversion, and advocacy for adidas.\nWorking closely with other Experience Designers, the Ecosystem Growth team, the Consumer Journeys team, and Research and product teams, you will leverage your expert knowledge to create consistent experiences end-to-end and consult stakeholders on User-Centric Thinking.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nScope: Accountable for tactical and operational experience deliverables and services\nExperience Delivery\nLeverage existing consumer insights or request necessary analysis to understand the value drivers for the consumer. Partner regularly with the Consumer Insights team to influence future consumer research.\nCreate experience value propositions and concepts backed up by data from various testing and analytics sources.\nDeliver these concepts in information architecture, user journeys, concept maps, flows, sketches, wireframes, or prototypes based on the project needs.\nValidate if the solutions delivered by internal teams and vendors meet the desired user experience.\nDocument the validated experience standards using the Global Digital Experience Guidelines.\nExperience Optimization\nRevise and update the value proposition of existing experiences in the light of new insights. Optimize consumer-facing digital solutions within your area of responsibility, leveraging user testing, A/B testing, SEO, and analytics reports.\nExecute a continuous improvement process to ensure insights are incrementally incorporated into the product backlogs.\nExperience Innovation\nMonitor design, digital, and e-commerce trends. Apply findings to experience design concepts to maximize the value for the consumer and the company.\nContribute to Experience Design and Product Owner communities, sharing knowledge and best practices.\nExperience Collaboration & Consulting\nIntegrate a consumer-centric view throughout the experience. Collaborate with product areas and other stakeholders to ensure that backlogs are aligned towards a cross-functional view to deliver complete experiences.\nConsult stakeholders within your scope of responsibility regarding implementing user-centric thinking. Suggest respective digital experience solutions.\nConduct experience reviews. Provide advice on user experience and usability topics within your scope of responsibility.\nProvide hands-on experience design support on concept direction considering overarching best briefs.\nParticipate and observe the execution of remote, in-house, moderated, and unmoderated (formal and informal) usability testing and user research.\nPeople Management\nContribute to a supportive area of experience or front-end design\nExperience in digital and e-commerce environments\nA strong portfolio that demonstrates your attention to detail and problem-solving.\nExperience as a functional expert in User Experience Design is a big plus.\nValid experience in growing businesses and achieving bottom-line results in a commercial world is a plus.\nSoft-Skills\nGood communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely\nConsistency across designs while maintaining a creative approach\nCreative
