Fluent English skills (verbal and written).\nSpecific technical skills (role-dependent):\nMicrosoft Entra ID (Azure AD) - strong hands-on experience\nIdentity Governance (Provisioning, Access Reviews, PIM)\nAutomation (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Azure Automation / Logic Apps)\nSSO & application integration (SCIM, REST APIs)\nAuthentication protocols: OAuth2, OIDC, SAML\nHybrid Identity (On-Prem AD & Entra ID)\nNice to have technical skills:\nConditional Access & Zero Trust concepts\nAI-assisted coding\nDevelopment experience (.NET / C#)\nLog Analytics / Monitoring\nDevOps mindset with ownership of the IT process from development/testing to deployment phase.\nExperience working in agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).\nAbility to cope with change, make decisions, and act comfortably when confronted with risk or uncertainty.\nProactivity and “team player” attitude, with strong problem-solving skills, hands-on approach, and a growth mindset.\nPassion for software engineering and development, with a strong Software Quality attitude, always looking for best quality solutions.\nWHAT IF I DON’T CHECK ALL THE BOXES?\nIt’s ok if some of the technology or terminology mentioned here are new for you.
