Internship:\nPurpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:\nSupport the Materials organization through data analysis, planning support, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination\nContribute to fact-based decision-making by providing insights, maintaining reporting tools, and supporting strategic initiatives across materials sourcing\nKey Responsibilities and Projects:\nSupport materials-related reporting and analytics.\nCollect, analyze, and present data to provide facts for decision-making.\nAssist with materials sourcing processes, e.g. planning or costing related for business performance reviews.\nContribute to projects focused on AI, process optimization, digitalization, and reporting automation.\nCoordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, including materials, sourcing, product operations, and supplier partners.\nSupport preparation of business reviews, presentations, workshops, and leadership meetings.\nAssist with market, supplier, and industry data collection to support sourcing activities.\nProvide ad hoc analysis and project support for materials management initiatives.\nBe active in leading and supporting Staff Group events, office activities and initiatives.\nKey Objectives (special tasks and learnings):\nAI and reporting automation\nSupport materials costing/planning, cost transparency and fact-based decision making\nProcess standardization\nKey Relationships:\nMaterials organization team members in different locations \nRequired main study courses:\nSupply Chain, Engineering, Information, and business management\nRequired language skills:\nEnglish\nAdditional skills/ qualifications:\nExcellent analytic skill, good presentation skill, Excel, PPT\nAbility to organize information and work with large
