Ensure key account target achievement\nACCOUNTABILITIES:\n1. Functional:\nNegotiate and reinforce adidas trade terms\nMonthly sales target achievement\nActively influence the indent orders of KAs during pre sell-in and sell-in\nEnsure proper execution of all in-store promotions, campaign activation and brand presentation\nAssist implement the Key Account Plans and ensure quarterly reviews are properly set\nRepresent the Key Account team internally as an “ambassador” towards all functions and manage all interfaces\nFrequently address Key Account requirements across functions\nProactively coordinate/ facilitate meetings with other functions and accounts\nAssist in the development of account strategies, formalization by strategic account plans and get sign-off by the director superior\nSell-in and agree on sell-through support. Formalize specific Account’s Marketing Plans\nProactively lead the alignment of the sell in/ out process across internal functions for the Key Account team\nContinue to monitor the sell-through and the order back-log as well as reliable and cost efficient supply for the account\nBy proactively facilitate meeting with designated operations team and Customer Service\nTo conduct and share sell through information from account\n2.
