business processes across the NAM market.\nWe are seeking a highly skilled Platform & SRE Engineer who can provide the cloud, platform, DevOps, reliability, security, deployment, observability, and operational foundation that enables AI, automation, APIs, MCP services, and web enterprise applications to run reliably in production.\nIn this role, you will collaborate with a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, Product Owner, Software Developer, as well as quality engineering, security partners, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and maintainable solutions.\nRole Purpose\nDesign, implement, secure, automate, operate, and optimize AWS infrastructure, deployment platforms, monitoring capabilities, and operational processes supporting AI, automation, integration, and application solutions.\nDevOps Responsibilities\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy.\nImplement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.\nAutomate deployments, environment provisioning, releases, and operational tasks.\nManage container platforms including ECS, EKS, Kubernetes, and Docker.\nEstablish release management standards and deployment governance.\nImprove deployment reliability, scalability, and recovery processes.\nAWS Platform Responsibilities\nDesign and manage AWS environments supporting enterprise applications and AI workloads.\nAdminister VPCs, networking, routing, security groups, DNS, and connectivity patterns.\nManage IAM roles, policies, secrets, keys, and least-privilege access controls.\nSupport EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, and containerized workloads.\nAdminister RDS PostgreSQL and related database services.\nManage S3 storage, lifecycle policies, backups, and archival strategies.\nConfigure Route53, load balancers, and high-availability services.\nDrive AWS cost optimization and usage visibility.\nOwn backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity readiness.\nSite Reliability Engineering Responsibilities\nDefine and maintain monitoring, observability, alerting, dashboards, and operational metrics.\nEstablish SLIs, SLOs, reliability targets, and operational health indicators.\nLead incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident improvements.\nImprove system availability, scalability, performance, and resilience.\nImplement centralized logging, tracing, and telemetry capabilities.\nRequired Technical Skills\nAWS (VPC, IAM, EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS PostgreSQL, S3, Route53, ALB/NLB, CloudWatch)\nTerraform scale.\nExperience with production monitoring, observability, and reliability engineering.\nSuccess Measures (First 6 Months)\nAll delivered solutions use standardized deployment pipelines.\nInfrastructure is provisioned through Infrastructure as Code.\nProduction monitoring and alerting are implemented for all critical services.\nAvailability, performance, and operational readiness improve across the solution portfolio.\nAWS costs are visible and managed proactively.\nDisaster recovery and backup procedures are documented and validated.\nIdeal Candidate Profile\nA hands-on platform engineer who combines AWS administration, DevOps automation, Site Reliability Engineering, observability, security, and cloud operations expertise.
