This includes from online stores for all markets, both web and app, and everything related to digital marketing, to solutions for internal use and product creation lifecycle from debriefing of Marketing over design and factory users to delivery.\nOur IT team is continuouslylooking for creativity, perfection but also satisfaction. We have the tremendous responsibility of creating the new, building premium experiences for internal and external users, where the consumer is at the core of everything we do.\nAre you ready to live a once in a lifetime experience?\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:\nCo-work with QA Chapter Lead to ensure QA standards and strategy are implemented, and QA KPIs are on track.\n\nAs senior test manager, leading end-to-end initiatives from testing point of view, designing the best strategy and approach for business requirements, in collaboration with other teams and stakeholders.\n\nWork in collaboration with the product team to produce acceptance criteria and test cases for multiple scenarios, challenging assumptions, thinking about how different users might interact with a proposed solution, and identify edge cases.\n\nYou are the key to creating fully automated test environments by providing guidance and technical leadership in an agile environment - including less experienced members of your team.\n\nWork with developers to ensure sufficient test coverage for various features via automation at different levels, including designing and implementing QA automation strategies for API and UI testing, ensuring that automated test activities are conducted in preference to manual testing where feasible and more efficient.\n\nBuild and execute manual, automation or non-functional test cases and ensure that test status, risks and issues are reported in a timely manner using the agreed reporting standards.\n\nExperience designing the proper test types and levels according to the context.\n\nInteracting with the development team for issue clarification, bug fixes or root cause analysis.\n\nYou will be part of a highly engaged, multinational super-team in charge of building game-changing software products.\n\nYou will build out and take DevOps capabilities into the future.\n\nYou should be eager to continuously learn the latest tech from experienced colleagues, conferences, and trainings - always growing and improving.\n\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:\nStrong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes and passion for latest technology and consumer value delivery. Demonstrable experience applying AI for Quality Engineering.\n\nAt least 5 years of experience in overall software quality assurance of Web or Mobile applications, REST APIs and Database Engines with exposure to the full product development cycle - from requirements through post-release. (min. 7 Years for Senior QA/Test Manager position)\n\n2 years of proven working experience leading a teamfor the Senior QA/Test Manager position.\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.ProficiencyEnglish skills (verbal and written).\n\nCollege or university degree with a focus on IT or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nProficient spoken and written command of English.\n\nExperienced on Agile software development practices (Scrum, Kanban), DevOps culture and CI/CD concepts (Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes).\n\nExperience defining, planning and controlling Test Management Plan, playing the role of test manager for e2e initiatives cross teams\n\nSpecific Tech skills:\n\nTechie up to date with Agile testing practices and test automation concepts and hands-on experience in design and implementation of automation strategies.\n\nStrong problem solving, test automation skills, and experience in functional and non-functional testing.\n\nWorking experience with BDD and Cucumber.\n\nRelevant experience with Test Management and Defect Tracking tools.\n\nNice to have: Experience in ecommerce projects\n\nProactivity and “team player” attitude, leading and mentoring team members.\n\nGrowth mindset, continuous learning, always growing and improving.\n\nExperience designing and executing performance testing is a plus.\n\nISTQB Certifications are a plus.\n\nWHAT IF I DON’T CHECK ALL THE BOXES?\nIt’sok if some of the technology or terminology mentioned here are new for you.
