Responsibilities\nRun a series of inventory reports on daily, weekly, or monthly basis and perform detailed analysis of item performance.\n\nDevelop accurate, consistent, and enhancements to the inventory reporting structure.\n\nIdentify “heavy” and “low” turn inventory items and maintain communication reports for the respective teams.\n\nControl inventory adjustments (quantity and price variance analysis)\n\nDiligent investigations required to solve problems in the systems.\n\nMaintenance and accountability of high levels of customer service (internal and external).\n\nMinimize inaccuracy of store stock data.\n\nDriving the stock audit process from planning to execution.\n\nStock items and stock revenue to be accurately managed in aLS and SAP for 100% alignment\n\nAbility to organize vast amounts of data.\n\nWork proactively to propose process changes which will prevent irregularities\n\nStore receiving and shipping of inventory into and out of the company’s warehouse including EOS transfers and inter branch transfers\n\nResults of investigations and enormities about possible loss prevention issues to reported directly to Snr Manager Retail Operations.\n\nKey Performance Indicators\n Shrinkage target defined each year (administration) \nTo ensure all uniforms & Damages adjusted monthly\n\nPRP Internal controls Audit Results (relevant sections)\n\nInvestigations closed within 48 hours\n\nSystem alignment -monthly results between 98%100%\n\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities\n Advanced user of MS Office suite of products \nFluent in English & Arabic\n\nRequisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications\n University degree or diploma level. \n3-4 years of retail inventory control experience with focus on business.\n\nIndustry experience in Sports/Consumer
