Join us now!\nYour role &impact\nAs aSales Assistant,you contribute to achieving or exceeding store sales and KPI targets by delivering an excellentconsumer experience and acting as a true brand ambassador.\nYou support daily store operations with a proactive mindset, whether on the sales floor or in the stockroom, ensuring smooth execution of customer service, replenishment, and operational standards.\nYour role is key in creating a welcoming environment that drives sales, strengthens brand loyalty, and reflects adidas values.\nKey Responsibilities\nContribute to store performance by actively working towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs\n\nDeliver an excellent consumer experience in line with the adidas customer service model\n\nAct as a brand ambassador by representingadidas values and product knowledge on the shop floor\n\nProactively apply learnings from training sessions into daily selling behaviors\n\nSupport store operations including replenishment, stockroom activities, and sales floor organization\n\nMaintain high standardsof Visual Merchandising and store cleanliness to create an inviting shopping environment\n\nExecute sales transactions quickly and accurately, following cash handling procedures\n\nComply withstore safety and security procedures to minimize losses and stock discrepancies\n\nWork collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals\n\nDemonstrate accuracy and efficiency in both sales floor and stockroom operations\n\nShow a continuous willingness to learn and actively engage in development opportunities\n\nWhat we are looking for in you\nIdeally 1-2 months of experience in a retail environment (sports/fashion preferred) with exposure to sales and customer service\n\nPassion for retail, sports, and delivering great consumer experience\n\nStrong communicationand interpersonal skills\n\nProactive mindset and willingness to learn\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced team environment\n\nFlexibility to support different store operations (sales floor and stockroom)\n\nGood knowledge of English and Greek\n\nLife at adidas\nCompetitive compensation & rewards\n\nPerformance bonuses\n\nCommuting allowances\n\nFree uniformsets twice a year.\n\nDiscount on adidas products online and in all own stores.\n\nMonthly food vouchers.\n\nPrivate life and medical insurance.\n\nPension plan.\n\nFitness and wellbeing benefits.\n\nLearning and development opportunities within an international brand\n\nAdditional Information\nWorking hours: full time40hoursand part time(30and 20hours)\n\nExpected start date: February,2027\n\nApplication process\nInitial phone screeningwith the Talent Acquisition team\n\nVirtual Interviewwith business leaders\n\nFinal face-to-face interview in Heraklion, scheduled for late November/early December.\n\nSound good?
