Report Management\nRegularly track, download, validate and consolidate regional (GCA) and global reports, product databases and presentation materials.\nSample & Asset Management\nManage end-to-end sample operations, including order consolidation, delivery tracking, lending/returns and showroom/space organization.\nGTM & Cross-functional Coordination\nCoordinate key GTM meetings (e.g., Trade Meetings, SMM and Buy Meetings), including timeline tracking, agenda planning, logistics setup, content consolidation and action follow-up.\nBasic Data Analysis & Operational Improvement\nSupport business analysis using product and sales data, identify data inconsistencies or operational issues, and proactively suggest process improvements.\nKEY RELATIONSHIPS:\nProduct team\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy\nComfortable handling high-volume, repetitive and detail-oriented data tasks\nGood Excel and data management skills\nLogical management, product operations, sales operations, merchandising operations, supply chain operations, or other detail-oriented operational roles.\nExperience in consumer goods, retail, fashion or sports industries is a plus.\nExperience with Excel-based reporting, system/master data maintenance or recurring operational processes is
