We are looking for a Store Manager to lead our new outlet store at Top Parks Heraklion, one of Crete’s newest and most exciting retail destinations.
As a Store Manager, you will drive performance, lead and inspire your team, and deliver an exceptional consumer experience in a premium retail environment.

Your role &impact
AsaStore Manager, you will drive commercial performance and deliver store targets through effective planning, execution, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Analyzeperformancedata to drive continuous improvementin sales, productivityand store profitability.
Ensure compliance with legal and financial standards, safeguarding the store’s integrity.
Lead by exampleon the sales floor, driving customer service excellence and teamperformance.
Maintain strong floor presence,ensuring focus on customer service and sales even in your absence.
Plan and manage staff schedules effectively,ensuring smooth store operations and service delivery.
Act as a Brand Ambassador, consistently reflecting adidas values and culture.
Ensure ongoing team training on customer service, brand, and productknowledge.
Ensureefficient store operations, inventory management, and compliance with adidas standards and procedures.
Ensure consistent execution of Visual Merchandising and in-store communication standards.
Manage stock flow efficiently, ensuringtimelydeliveries and product availability onthe sales floor.
Ensure accurateand efficient cash desk operations.
Maintain a safe, compliant,and productive storeenvironment.
Driverecruitment and developmentofthestore team, ensuringalignmentwith HR policies.
Build a high-performance culture through clear goal setting, performanceanalysis,andregularfeedback.
Share best practices to support performance across stores.
Coach, develop and inspire your team to unlock their potential and support future growth opportunities.
What we are looking for in you
Minimum18 months’experience in a sportsor fashion retail environment, including at least 12 months in aStore Managerrole.
Strong leadershipskills, with the ability to plan, organize, coachand motivate ateam to deliveran excellent customer experience.
Effectivecommunication,decision-makingand analyticalskills.
Goodknowledge of MS Office; familiarity with Power BIis a plus.
Fluency in Greek and English
Solidunderstanding of Visual Merchandisingand inventory management.
