We hire and support both Civil Engineering and IT professionals, including Mobile Developers and Machine Learning Engineers, and partner with municipalities, transportation authorities, utilities, and leading private-sector organizations to deliver high-quality, practical solutions.\nOur teams have supported projects and initiatives for public agencies and industry leaders, including state Departments of Transportation (DOTs), municipal public works agencies, and technology-driven organizations such as Delta, Google, Apple, Spotify, US Bank, and FedEx, as well as major engineering and construction firms.\nAdidev delivers innovative, data-driven solutions that modernize infrastructure, improve efficiency, and strengthen the communities our clients serve.\nWe focus on practical, field-tested solutions and pride ourselves on collaboration, technical excellence, and delivering projects that make a measurable impact.\nKey Responsibilities\n-Review survey reports, maps, plans, and technical data to support infrastructure design\n-Perform engineering calculations (structural, geotechnical, hydraulic, and transportation)\n-Prepare drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD/BIM and engineering tools\n-Develop cost estimates, schedules, and project budgets\n-Obtain permits and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations\n-Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications\n-Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, agencies, and stakeholders\n-Identify risks, resolve field issues, and recommend engineering improvements\n-Maintain documentation including reports, design changes, and inspections\n-Support projects from concept development through construction and closeout\n-Pursue and/or maintain professional licensure (PE preferred)\nQualifications / Skills\n-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred for some roles)\n-Strong foundation in one or more disciplines: structural, transportation, geotechnical, water resources, or environmental engineering\n-Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM, or similar engineering software\n-Understanding of codes, standards, permitting processes, and regulatory requirements\n-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities\n-Effective written and verbal communication skills\n-Comfortable working both in office and field environments\n-Project coordination, budgeting, and scheduling experience\n-Interest in sustainable, resilient, and community-focused infrastructure design\n-EIT or PE licensure (preferred or in progress)\nWorking Conditions\n-Combination of office and field work\n-Site visits and outdoor work required\n-Full-time schedule with occasional extended hours based on project needs\n-Travel or relocation may be required depending on assignments\n-Perks and Benefits\n-Competitive salary based on experience and market value\n-Paid relocation assistance\n-Flexible and hybrid work options when project schedules allow\n-Professional development and continuing education support\n-Licensing and certification reimbursement\n-Regular performance and salary reviews\n-Opportunity to work on meaningful infrastructure projects that directly impact communities\nReady to Build the Future?\nIf you’re passionate about designing and delivering infrastructure that improves everyday life, we’d love to hear from you.
