Our diversity is a source of inspiration enabling us to achieve our goals and build an inclusive company culture.\nAt Adient, we are proud to offer hybrid working to our employees, which involves being able to work remotely for up to 3 days per week based on the agreement within specific department.\nWhat will your responsibilities be?\nWeekly and monthly reconciliation of intercompany accounts\nFollow up, investigation and resolution of discrepancies in cooperation with plants\nAnalysis of invoices to be paid, payment proposal preparation\nCash Application\nMonth end close activities (accrual preparation, proposals, negotiations with plants)\nResolution of intercompany out of balances during month end close\nFollow up on disputed and aged items to comply with established Key Performance Indicators\nIndependent resolution of issues with respect to local specifics and regulations\nPreparation of reports related to intercompany activities\nSupport and active participation on the projects connected with standardization, optimalization and improvement of intercompany processes\nWhich qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?\nFinancial education: Experience in accounting/financial position ideally for at least 1-2 years but also suitable for fresh graduates with relevant economic education/training\nEnglish: Intermediate\nSAP: Basic transactions (advantage, not obligatory)\nExcel: Intermediate\nGood Time management skills and communication skills\nAnalytical thinking\nTeam player\nWhich benefits do we offer?\nBase monthly salary starting from 1350 EUR gross.
