This role is responsible for accounts payable administration, financial reporting support, account reconciliations, budgeting activities, recruitment coordination, onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records and strong relationships across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nFinancial reporting, budgeting, account reconciliations, month-end close, and variance analysis \nAccounts payable processing, vendor setup/maintenance, and payment issue resolution \nPurchase requisition review for accuracy and compliance \nFixed asset tracking, record maintenance, and reporting \nAudit support, including documentation preparation and audit requests \nHourly recruiting support: sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, and recordkeeping \nNew hire onboarding, orientation, and DOJO training coordination \nMonitor training progress and support employee development initiatives \nSalaried employee onboarding and orientation support \nPartner with HR and Production leadership on staffing and recruiting needs \nEvaluate and improve training programs to support retention and development \nCoordinate employee engagement, recognition programs, and company events \nMaintain confidential employee, financial, and business records \nManage personnel files, onboarding documents, and employment records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements \nQualifications\nRequired:\nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) \n2+ years of manufacturing experience \nKnowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, accounts payable, reconciliations, and SOX requirements \nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills \nTraining, presentation, interpersonal, and computer proficiency \nAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and navigate ambiguity \nSelf-motivated, team-oriented professional \nPreferred:\nExperience supporting both Accounting and Human Resources functions \nExperience with employee onboarding, training, and engagement programs \nExperience with ERP, payroll, and/or HRIS systems \nKnowledge of manufacturing operations, financial controls, and compliance requirements \nInternal and external audit support experience \nSalary Range: $55,000 -
