For more information, please visit www.adient.com.\nWhat will your responsibilities be?\nAct as the HR representative and ambassador at plant level, translating and executing the EMEA HR strategy locally.\nDevelop and implement short- and long-term HR action plans aligned with business and plant objectives.\nLead the execution of core HR processes at plant level.\nManage the full employee lifecycle, including talent attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, retention and offboarding.\nUnderstand the workforce, identify key talent and develop retention and development plans to ensure plant stability and performance.\nPartner closely with the Plant Manager to identify and address people-related challenges.\nEnsure effective support to the plant while aligning with central HR processes and standards.\nCollaborate with Central HR, Labor Relations and Compliance teams to ensure consistent and compliant HR practices.\nMaintain strong understanding of the business, operational environment and factors influencing plant performance.\nEnsure compliance with local labor laws, regulations and company policies.\nProactively address employee concerns, foster a positive work environment and manage conflict resolution.\nManage employee representative relations, including labor grievances and compliance matters.\nAct with urgency and pragmatism to resolve HR issues at plant level.\nAnticipate future people-related risks and develop preventive solutions.\nDrive cost-effective HR and labor cost improvement initiatives to support a sustainable plant operation.\nWhich qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field\n7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.\nExperience in the Automotive industry.\nStrong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws and regulations.\nProficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.\nStrong leadership and management skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nProblem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\nAdaptability and flexibility.\nAttention to detail and methodical approach.\nAdient is committed to equal employment opportunity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
