This role serves as a key resource for employees and leaders, providing support in employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, payroll, and HR programs while helping foster a positive workplace culture.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as a primary point of contact for employee HR-related questions and support. \nAssist with employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective actions. \nSupport recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer processing. \nCoordinate new hire onboarding, orientations, and employment documentation. \nMaintain employee records and process personnel actions, including hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. \nAssist with benefits administration, open enrollment, leave administration, and employee inquiries. \nSupport payroll processing, timekeeping audits, and attendance tracking. \nPartner with leaders on performance management, coaching, and employee development initiatives. \nTrack HR metrics and support engagement, retention, and continuous improvement programs. \nCoordinate employee events, recognition activities, and plant engagement initiatives. \nEnsure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR procedures. \nMaintain confidentiality of employee and business information. \nQualifications\nRequired:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience. \nMinimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience. \nStrong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and personnel systems. \nProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems. \nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. \nPreferred:\nHuman Resources experience in a manufacturing environment. \nExperience administering FMLA and leave programs. \nExperience with ADP, Kronos, Workforce Management (WFM), or similar time and attendance systems. \nExperience supporting payroll and benefits administration. \nSalary Range:$65,000 - $75,000\nSchedule:2nd Split Shift (Monday-Friday), 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM.\nBenefits\nMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance \nLife and AD&D Insurance \nDisability Coverage \n401(k) \nTuition Reimbursement \nPaid Vacation \nPaid Holidays \nAdditional Information\nThe selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States and meet all employment eligibility requirements.\nThis position is expected to support and promote all health, safety, and environmental standards, including reporting workplace injuries, incidents, and unsafe conditions.\nThis job description outlines the primary responsibilities of the role and is not intended to be a complete list of duties.
