(TUMS)\nInitiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process, and quality system.\nManage and maintain onsite replenishment of Trailers (Shelve)\nIdentify and record any problems relating to the product, process, and quality system.\nInitiate, recommend, and provide solutions through designated channels.\nControl further processing, delivery, or installation of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.\nActively participates in Health/Safety/Environmental investigations and the 8D process in order to develop root cause analysis for problem resolution as required.\nReporting accidents, occupational illnesses, and HSE&E emergencies, and inform supervisor of known HSE&E conditions which could adversely affect other team members, assets or to the public.\nEnsures compliance with all safety procedures and ensures safe working procedures in assigned material areas.\nMaterials Supervisor Qualification/Requirements:\n3+ Years Materials Supervision inside Manufacturing\nJIT Automotive Sequencing - Preferred\nStrong Analytical & Formal Problem-Solving Skills\nProficient with Microsoft Applications - Excel\nProficient with ERP Systems - QAD Preferred\nSalary Range: $70,700-$105,800\n2nd Shift: 6:30pm - 3:00am\nBenefits:\nMedical, Dental & Vision insurance\nDisability\nLife and AD&D Insurance\n401k\nTuition Reimbursement\nPaid vacation\nPaid holidays\nThe job description outlined above is not intended to be a detailed list of job functions or responsibilities.
