For more information, please visit www.adient.com\nWhat will your responsibilities be?\nEnsure required right quantity, product quality and reliable delivery performance to the customer.\n\nOptimize production sequences and continuously improve operational efficiency, quality and cost performance.\n\nLead all direct and indirect work within the assigned area, including production, maintenance and logistics.\n\nEnsure compliance with legal requirements, quality standards, health and safety regulations and internal procedures.\n\nCoordinate servicing, maintenance and improvement activities for machinery, technical equipment, buildings and outside facilities.\n\nSet priorities for maintenance and service activities to ensure employees and machines can operate effectively.\n\nDrive and implement production-oriented CI projects and recommend improved procedures and processes.\n\nMaintain close contact with customers and ensure smooth internal collaboration with materials management, quality assurance and other departments.\n\nAnalyze and evaluate technical equipment and support investment decisions by recommending or declining purchases\n\nPeople Leadership\nLead, guide and monitor employees in production, maintenance and logistics.\n\nCreate a motivating working environment through open, direct and regular communication with employees.\n\nConsult regularly with departmental heads and HR to ensure delivery across all shifts.\n\nParticipate in selection and recruitment processes for new employees in the area of responsibility.\n\nConduct performance reviews and plan individual development measures to improve employee performance and support personal growth\n\nWhich qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?\nMin 10 years of expertise\n\nProven leadership experience in production, operations, maintenance or a comparable manufacturing environment.\n\nStrong understanding of Just-in-Time production, quality standards, health and safety requirements and continuous improvement.\n\nAbility to coordinate complex operational processes across departments and shifts.\n\nStrong communication skills with a practical, solution-oriented and people-focused leadership style.\n\nExperience in managing customer expectations, production priorities and cost improvement initiatives.\n\nAdient is committed to equal employment opportunity, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
