Into molds just prior to pouring foam.May perform other jobs as required.Responsible for production department housekeeping and to cover for absenteeism.\nJOB REQUIREMENTS: Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.\nExperience: Any combination of training and work experience which indicates possession of skills to carry out the insert tasks.\nOTHER REQUIREMENTS:\nKnowledge of / and compliance with Safety Regulations.\nBe dependable and have a good attendance record.\nBe able to work overtime.\nBe able to communicate in a professional manner with team members.\nSelf starter, with demonstrated continuous improvement traits; effective at working independently.\nPerform tasks through to completion.\nWorking Conditions: Majority of time in a production environment. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Schedule hours may be altered as required by the training needs of employees or equipment breakdown. Ability to work overtime or irregular hours to include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as requested.\nReasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
