closely with Engineering, Exclusive Brands Category Management, Planning, Operations, and Executive Leadership, this role will directly influence product availability, supplier performance, inventory investment, customer experience, and business growth.\nThe ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is equally comfortable negotiating with suppliers and presenting to senior executives, and understands how to balance growth, service, cost, and working capital.\nWhat You'll Own\nLead the end-to-end supply chain strategy for ADI's growing Exclusive Brands business. \nDevelop sourcing, supplier, and manufacturing strategies that support innovation, profitable growth, and supply continuity. \nPartner closely with Supply Chain Planning to align sourcing, supplier capacity, inventory strategies, and product availability with business objectives. \nEnsure supplier readiness, inventory positioning, and operational execution for successful product launches and lifecycle transitions. \nCollaborate with Category Management and Planning teams to balance service, inventory investment, and growth objectives across the Exclusive Brands portfolio. \nCollaborate directly with Sales leadership to align supply strategies with customer demand and growth opportunities. \nBuild strategic relationships with key suppliers and contract manufacturers across a global network. \nIdentify and execute cost-reduction, value-engineering, and supplier-performance initiatives. \nLead risk mitigation efforts involving component shortages, capacity constraints, geopolitical risks, and supply disruptions. \nDevelop scalable planning and procurement processes as the Exclusive Brands business continues to grow. \nBuild and develop a high-performing procurement and supply chain organization.\nWhat We're Looking For\nProven leadership experience across procurement, supply chain, planning, manufacturing, or sourcing. \nExperience managing complex electronics, technology, industrial, or OEM supply chains. \nStrong understanding of inventory management, S&OP, supply planning, product launch readiness, and supplier capacity management. \nExperience working with engineering teams, product management teams, and commercial organizations. \nDemonstrated success leading supplier negotiations and strategic sourcing initiatives. \nAbility to influence cross-functional leaders and drive decisions in a matrix organization. \nExperience managing large supplier spend and global supplier networks. \nPassion for continuous improvement, operational
