Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Support Executive to manage billing-related queries, follow up on outstanding invoices, and coordinate billing and payment-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling billing-related queries
• Invoice follow-ups and chasing pending invoices
• Coordinating on billing and payment-related matters

Preferred Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, invoice management, or payment coordination.
• Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of billing, invoicing, and payment processes.
• Invoice preparation and documentation
• Basic understanding of accounting and payment processes

Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
