This role will lead the DevOps function end-to-end, drive automation, security, and performance, and partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Security teams to support rapid and reliable product delivery.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLeadership & Strategy\nDefine and execute the DevOps strategy, roadmap, and best practices across the organization\nBuild, mentor, and lead a high-performing DevOps / SRE team\nEstablish SLAs, SLOs, and reliability standards across environments\nCollaborate closely with Engineering leadership to improve deployment velocity and system stability\nInfrastructure, Cloud & Platform\nOwn and manage cloud infrastructure across AWS / Azure / GCP\nDesign scalable, highly available, and cost-optimized architectures\nLead Infrastructure as Code initiatives using Terraform / CloudFormation\nManage and scale containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes\nConfigure and manage NGINX and HAProxy for traffic routing and load balancing\nCI/CD & Automation\nDesign, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab (self-managed), GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.\nOwn and maintain on-prem, self-managed GitLab with end-to-end automation\nDrive automation across build, test, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning\nReduce deployment failures and MTTR through tooling and process improvements\nReliability, Monitoring & Security\nImplement and manage observability platforms including:\nPrometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Alertmanager, NetData\nLead incident management, root cause analysis, and post-mortems\nPartner with Security teams to enforce DevSecOps best practices\nManage edge security, CDN, and proxy layers using Cloudflare (Workers, R2, Security, Auditing, Proxy)\nDatabases & Application Operations\nOversee performance, availability, and reliability of databases and caches:\nPostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL, MongoDB, Redis\nSupport and manage Node.js administration in production environments\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n10-15 years of experience in DevOps / Infrastructure / SRE roles\n5+ years of experience leading DevOps or Platform teams\nStrong expertise in Linux, networking, and system architecture\nDeep hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and IaC\nStrong experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills\nNice to Have\nExperience in SaaS / B2B / high-scale platforms\nStrong exposure to microservices architecture\nFinOps / cloud cost optimization experience\nPrior experience building DevOps from
