Automation to lead our quality engineering initiatives and build scalable test automation frameworks for our SaaS platform.\nThis role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software through robust automation, effective testing strategies, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.\nThe ideal candidate has strong experience in test automation, CI/CD, cloud-based applications, and Agile development, along with the ability to mentor QA engineers and establish quality best practices across engineering teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine and implement the overall QA and test automation strategy.\nLead, mentor, and grow a team of QA Automation Engineers.\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and reliable automation frameworks.\nBuild automated test suites covering functional, regression, integration, API, UI, and end-to-end testing.\nCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, DevOps, and Customer Success teams throughout the software development lifecycle.\nParticipate in requirement reviews and provide input to improve product quality and testability.\nIntegrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and rapid releases.\nMonitor test execution, analyze failures, and ensure timely defect resolution.\nDefine and track quality metrics, including automation coverage, defect leakage, release readiness, and test execution trends.\nDrive continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and engineering practices.\nPlan and coordinate regression testing before product releases.\nConduct code reviews for automation scripts and enforce coding standards.\nIdentify opportunities to improve product quality, performance, and reliability.\nSupport performance, security, and compatibility testing initiatives where applicable.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n5--8+ years of experience in Software Testing, with at least 3 years in a QA Lead or Automation Lead role.\nStrong experience testing SaaS and cloud-based web applications.\nExpertise in automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.\nStrong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.\nExperience with API testing using tools such as Postman, Rest Assured, or similar frameworks.\nExperience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or CircleCI.\nHands-on experience with version control systems such as Git.\nGood understanding of SQL and database testing.\nExperience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nExperience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nKnowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, or K6.\nFamiliarity with security testing concepts and tools.\nExperience working with microservices architecture.\nISTQB or equivalent testing certification is a plus.\nTechnical Skills\nTest Automation Framework Design\nSelenium / Playwright / Cypress\nAPI Automation Testing\nJava / Python / JavaScript / C#\nREST APIs\nSQL & Database Validation\nGit\nJenkins / GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Azure DevOps\nDocker & Kubernetes (preferred)\nAgile & Scrum\nTest Management Tools (Jira, Xray, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar)\nLeadership Expectations\nLead by example and promote a culture of quality across engineering teams.\nMentor QA engineers through coaching, code reviews, and career development.\nDrive automation adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.\nPartner with engineering leadership to improve release quality and delivery speed.\nCommunicate quality risks proactively and provide data-driven recommendations.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nAutomation test coverage\nDefect leakage rate\nRegression execution time\nProduction defect trends\nTest execution success rate\nRelease quality\nTeam productivity and mentoring outcomes\nCI/CD pipeline stability\nWhy Adit?\nFlexible work schedules for better work-life balance.\nGroup of 700+ Agile, Smart and Dynamic IT Professionals.\nSupportive and collaborative work environment.\n5 days working company (Monday -
