This isn't a \"write PRDs and wait\" kind of PM role-this is a roll-up-your-sleeves, get-in-the-data, ship-fast-and-iterate position for someone who lives and breathes mobile app monetization. You'll own the product roadmap, the KPIs, the go-to-market strategy, and the outcomes. You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Ad Ops, Sales, and our publisher partners to build solutions that drive real revenue. Someone who won't rest until in-app wins.\nSome challenges you'll tackle:\nOwn the Mobile In-App Product: Take full ownership of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Aditude's mobile in-app solutions-from SDK to reporting\n\nDrive Product KPIs: Define, track, and be accountable for the metrics that matter-adoption, revenue impact, SDK performance, and publisher satisfaction\n\nGo to Market: Lead product launches from positioning and messaging through enablement, working closely with Sales and Marketing to drive adoption\n\nBe Deeply Technical: Understand the mobile ad ecosystem inside and out-mediation, bidding, waterfall vs. unified auctions, SDK integration patterns, SKAN, and privacy frameworks\n\nLive in the Data: Use quantitative analysis to inform product decisions, validate hypotheses, and prioritize ruthlessly based on impact\n\nPartner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate daily with Engineering, Ad Ops, and Design to translate publisher needs into shippable solutions-and get them out the door fast\n\nEngage Directly with Publishers: Conduct customer research, gather feedback, and build relationships with mobile app publishers (especially in gaming) to ensure product-market fit\n\nBuild for Scale: Design products and processes that can grow with our ambitions-think automation, self-service, and operational efficiency\n\nThe skillset:\n5+ years of product management experience in ad tech, specifically with products that serve ads in mobile apps\n\nProven experience working with mobile gaming publishers or gaming ad networks/SDKs\n\nDeep understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem: mediation platforms, in-app bidding, ad SDKs (AppLovin, ironSource, Unity, AdMob, etc.), OpenRTB, and privacy frameworks (ATT, SKAN, TCF)\n\nTrack record of taking products to market and owning outcomes end-to-end\n\nTechnical skills:\nHighly technical-comfortable reading documentation, understanding SDK architectures, and speaking fluently with engineers\n\nStrong data analysis skills; you're comfortable in SQL, analytics tools, and making decisions backed by numbers\n\nExperience defining and tracking product metrics and KPIs\n\nSoft skills:\nExcellent communicator -you can translate complex technical concepts for any audience and rally teams around a vision\n\nExceptionally organized -you juggle competing priorities without dropping balls and keep cross-functional teams aligned\n\nScrappy and relentless -you do whatever it takes to make your product succeed, whether that's jumping on a customer call, digging into logs, or rewriting a spec at midnight\n\nComfortable with ambiguity and energized by building in a fast-moving environment\n\nPreferred qualifications:\nExperience with Prebid Mobile or open-source bidding solutions\n\nBackground working at a mobile gaming studio, ad network, SSP, or SDK provider\n\nFamiliarity with publisher ad ops workflows and Google Ad Manager\n\nExperience with product-led growth strategies and self-service product design\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\n\nWhy join Aditude:\nImpact: Your work directly influences publisher revenue and shapes our product roadmap\n\nOwnership: We trust our people to own their domain and make decisions\n\nGrowth: Join a scaling company where career paths aren't ceilings-they're launchpads\n\nCulture: We're builders, problem-solvers, and ad tech nerds who take our work seriously (but not ourselves) and have HIGH expectations\n\nFlexibility: Remote-first environment with the autonomy to do your best work\n\n100% remote with a global footprint\n\nMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance\n\nUnlimited Time Off + 11 Holidays + Christmas week to recharge\n\nOpportunity to join a fast-growing technology company!\n\nIf you're passionate about mobile monetization, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to help the world's top publishers win-we want to hear from you.\nAditude is an equal opportunity employer.
