If that sounds like you, we are excited to connect!\nThe Opportunity:\nWe are looking for a data-driven and analytical Yield Analyst to join our growing team. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field who are eager to break into the world of digital media and ad monetization. As a Yield Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in analyzing ad performance data, optimizing inventory yield, and supporting revenue growth strategies across our digital properties.\nSome Challenges you’ll tackle:\nMonitor and analyze ad revenue trends, fill rates, CPMs, and other key monetization metrics.\n\nAssist in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for internal stakeholders.\n\nSupport the yield and ad operations teams in identifying revenue optimization opportunities across direct and programmatic channels.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Ad Operations, Sales, and Product to ensure ad inventory is efficiently utilized.\n\nConduct basic forecasting and scenario analysis using historical data and market trends.\n\nDocument insights and contribute to testing frameworks to improve yield strategies.\n\nThe Skillset:\nBachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with large data sets.\n\nProficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, basic formulas); familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.\n\nDetail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\n\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to present data clearly and effectively.\n\nNice to Have:\nFamiliarity with how digital advertising works (e.g., ad servers, programmatic advertising, header bidding).\n\nExperience working with advertising platforms such as Google Ad Manager, SSPs, or analytics tools.\n\nExposure to data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.\n\nFeeling uneasy that you haven’t ticked every box?
