Key challenges include:\nManaging multiple stakeholders including local administration, media, community leaders, and internal teams.\nEnsuring compliance with communication policies and statutory requirements.\nHandling sensitive information with confidentiality and accuracy.\nResponding quickly to emerging issues and reputational risks.\nSupporting crisis preparedness and communication response mechanisms.\nManaging employee communication, CSR messaging, and community grievances.\nAligning communication across various unit functions.\nMeasuring outreach effectiveness and stakeholder
