operations.\n\nThe core responsibilities for the job include the following:\n\nCloud Operations and Reliability: \nDrive 247 cloud operations, ensuring high availability of critical applications.\nOwns SLA adherence, monitoring, incident management, and performance optimization.\nLead capacity planning for growing workloads and business demand.\n\nInfrastructure and Cost Optimization: \nMonitor and optimize cloud utilization and spend.\nDrive efficiency improvements and cost control initiatives.\nManage infra performance trends, forecasting, and budgeting.\n\nCloud Governance and Security: \nEnsure compliance with cloud governance, ISMS, and security standards.\nOverpatching, hardening, and vulnerability management.\nDrive risk assessment across public, private, and hybrid cloud setups.\n\nCloud Provisioning and Architecture: \nEvaluate and implement new cloud solutions and services.\nDefines SOWs, SLAs, and vendor alignment.\nSupport architecture decisions for integrating enterprise applications.\n\nStakeholder and Service Management\nPartner with business stakeholders for service delivery and improvements.\nConduct regular service reviews and performance tracking.\nDrive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's in Computer Science/Engineering (or a related field).\n7+ years experience (5-6 yrs in Cloud Ops + ops/project management exposure).\nCertifications: ITIL / AWS / Azure (preferred).\n\nMust-Have Skills: \nStrong experience in multi-cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP / OCI).\nDeep understanding of cloud operations, monitoring, and incident management.\nExperience managing large-scale infrastructure (1000+ servers).\nKnowledge of cloud security, governance, and compliance frameworks.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nGood to Have: \nExposure to cloud architecture and solution design.\nExperience in cost optimization / FinOps.\nFamiliarity with
