standards.\nTrack project progress against timelines, budgets, and scope parameters.\nSupport risk, issue, and change management processes.\n\nProject Governance & Process Compliance\n\nPrepare weekly/monthly project status reports, executive summaries, and MIS.\nDevelop dashboards on tools like Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, or internal reporting systems.\nAnalyze project performance data and provide insights for decisionmaking.\n\nTesting, Validation & Quality Assurance\n\nPrepare test plans, test scenarios, and UAT scripts.\nConduct functionality, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.\nMonitor production issues and ensure timely closure.\n\nAudit, Compliance & Documentation Control\n\nMaintain auditready documentation and adherence to governance frameworks.\nSupport internal/external audits with required artefacts and clarifications.\nEnsure proper version control, documentation hygiene, and repository management\n\nStakeholder & Vendor Management\n\nWork closely with credit, risk, operations, sales, and technology teams.\nCoordinate with external vendors for system updates, API issues, and enhancements.\nEnsure SLAs are met for tech
