This includes the handling of sales hand over sheets, both inbound and outbound.\nBe fully briefed on the divisional capability with regards to qualifications and be able to allocate the correctly trained resources to the correct works.\nPerform and meet KPI’s ensuring employee participation in TBT’s.\nAny task for which the operations assistant can undertake and requested by senior management.\n Previous experience of operating in a dynamic office environment.\nStrong computer skills, including all Microsoft office applications.\nMust be able to operate on own initiative without supervision.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills and able to tailor such skills to any group of people.\nAbout us:\nAt Adler and Allan Group, we're not just a company - we're environmental champions committed to protecting our planet while helping businesses thrive.
