This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior data professional who enjoys combining strategic leadership with hands-on work.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nAs Data & Analytics Manager, you’ll lead the organisation’s data strategy, governance frameworks and reporting. You’ll work closely with leadership to define KPIs, improve decision making and ensure data is trusted throughout the organisation.\nYou’ll take ownership of the BigQuery data warehouse, ensuring data models, access controls and reporting structures are scalable, secure and reliable. You’ll oversee BI, reporting, dashboard development and self-service reporting, while maintaining data quality standards.\nThe Data & Analytics Manager will also lead a small team of specialist data professionals, providing direction, support and mentorship. Alongside team leadership, you’ll remain hands-on with analytics, reporting and data initiatives as required.\nExperience You’ll Need\nThe Data & Analytics Manager will play a key role in helping teams make better decisions through data. You’ll own platforms, influence organisation-wide strategy and work closely with senior stakeholders to create a strong data culture across a distributed international workforce. This is a role where you have a lot of ownership and can hit th ground running, so a background of doing this, preferably in a non-profit (or similar) is needed here!\nRequired:\nAt least 5+ years’ experience leading data, analytics or BI functions\nStrong hands-on experience with Google BigQuery or a similar modern data warehouse\nAdvanced SQL skills\nExperience owning data governance frameworks\nExperience delivering reporting, dashboarding and business intelligence solutions\nExperience managing stakeholders at senior leadership level\nExperience leading and developing teams\nKnowledge of GDPR, privacy and data security best practice\nBeneficial\nExperience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms would be beneficial\nExperience within a non-profit or purpose-led organisation would be advantageous\nWhat You’ll Get In Return\nYou’ll receive a salary of up to £74,000 as well as fully remote working, a 36-hour working week and genuine flexibility around how and when you work.
