You’ll sit in the central team, working closely with ecommerce, marketing and commercial stakeholders.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nAs a Digital Analyst, you’ll take ownership of digital analytics and help stakeholders make better decisions through data. A large part of the role will focus on GA4, helping stakeholders understand customer journeys, campaign effectiveness and website performance. You’ll analyse digital activity, measure ROI, support A/B testing programmes and identify opportunities to improve conversion and customer experience.\nYou’ll also play a key role in testing and experimentation, helping teams understand what’s working, what isn’t and where improvements can be made. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll translate complex findings into clear and meaningful insight that drives action.\nAs the organisation continues to mature its analytics capability, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how digital insight is used across multiple functions and contribute to the development of a data-driven culture.\nWhat experience you’ll need to apply\nSeveral years of strong commercial experience using GA4\nAdvanced SQL skills\nExperience analysing digital, web or ecommerce performance\nAbility to measure and communicate ROI across digital channels\nExperience supporting A/B testing and optimisation initiatives\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\nExperience translating data into actionable business insight\nAbility to work autonomously and operate in a developing analytics environment\nPython experience would be beneficial\nExperience within retail, ecommerce or consumer-focused businesses would be advantageous\nWhat you’ll get in return for your experience\nA salary of £60,000-£70,000 depending on experience, plus an excellent benefits package including pension, life assurance, enhanced family leave policies, staff discounts and more.
