You'll be the connective tissue between client expectations and internal execution - translating objectives into clear briefs, keeping trackers and TATs honest, and flagging risks before they become problems.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn day-to-day communication and relationship management for assigned accounts\nConvert client objectives into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams\nCoordinate execution across SEO, Content, Paid Media, Social and Creative, keeping timelines and TATs on track\nRun client calls, status updates, and performance discussions with confidence\nQC deliverables before they go to the client - accuracy and polish are non-negotiable\nClose the loop on client feedback and rework, quickly and without chasing\nTrack performance against agreed KPIs and scope, and flag gaps or opportunities proactively\nSupport upsell/cross-sell conversations as account needs evolve\nPartner with senior management on account strategy, scope, commercials and retention\nFlag risks and dependencies early - no surprises for clients or leadership\nWhat You Bring\n2-3 years in Client Servicing / Account Management, ideally at a digital or integrated marketing agency\nWorking knowledge of SEO, Paid Media, Social, Content and Creative - enough to brief, question and QC each discipline\nSharp communication and stakeholder-management skills, written and verbal\nStrong ownership instincts and follow-through - things don't fall through the cracks on your watch\nComfort juggling multiple accounts and internal teams at once, in a fast-paced environment\nEase with data, reports, dashboards and client-facing presentations\nGood to Have\nExperience on integrated/360° accounts with multiple senior stakeholders\nWorking familiarity with GA4, Search Console, Excel/Sheets, Looker Studio (or equivalent)\nA track record of driving account growth, upsell or cross-sell\nAwareness of AEO/GEO and AI-driven search as an emerging discipline\nWhat Success Looks Like\nClients see you as proactive, not reactive\nDeliverables are consistently on time and on quality\nInternal teams know what's expected of them and when\nIssues and opportunities get flagged before they're asked about\nAccounts hit their KPIs -
