Acquisition: Assist with sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and following up with candidates and hiring managers.\nOnboarding & Documentation: Support the onboarding process, maintain employee records, and ensure timely completion of joining formalities.\nHR Operations: Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, employee documentation, HR database updates, and other day-to-day HR activities.\nEmployee Engagement: Help plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.\nEmployee Communication: Assist in drafting HR emails, announcements, reminders, and other internal communications.\nHR Reporting: Maintain trackers, update HR reports, and support the preparation of HR-related MIS and dashboards.\nGeneral HR Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team and assist with ongoing HR projects.\nEligibility Criteria\nMust have completed a graduation degree from a recognized university.\nA postgraduate degree or qualification in Human Resources, Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nGood organizational skills and attention to detail.\nBasic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.\nA proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.\nAbility to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.\nPrior internship experience or exposure to HR activities will be an added
