the role\nWe are looking for a Technical Solutions Expert - Tracking & Measurement to support our clients and internal teams with website tracking, tag implementation, campaign measurement, and technical troubleshooting.\nYou will also support the development and maintenance of Adlook’s internal Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager setup.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nSupport clients with the implementation of Adlook tracking and conversion tags\nConfigure Adlook tags, triggers, and variables in clients’ Google Tag Manager environments when required\nVerify tag implementations and troubleshoot tracking, conversion, and data collection issues\nInvestigate discrepancies between Adlook reporting, analytics platforms, and other measurement systems\nAnalyse tags, events, data layer values, consent signals, redirects, and landing-page configurations\nProvide clients and internal teams with clear technical recommendations.\nParticipate in technical calls with clients, agencies, and development teams\nAct as an escalation point for complex tracking and measurement cases.\nMaintain and develop Adlook’s internal Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager setup\nDocument recurring issues, implementation requirements, and troubleshooting best practices\nWork closely with Technical Account Management, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Development teams\nOur Expectations:\n3+ years of experience in digital analytics, tracking implementation, or a similar technical area\nStrong hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager\nGood practical knowledge of Google Analytics 4\nExperience implementing and troubleshooting advertising and conversion tags\nGood understanding of tags, triggers, variables, events, and data layers.\nExperience using browser developer tools to investigate tracking issues.\nBasic working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, cookies, URLs, and query parameters\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to explain technical topics clearly to clients and internal stakeholders\nAbility to independently manage technical cases from investigation to resolution\nFluency in English and Polish is required\nNice to Have:\nKnowledge of Tealium, Adobe Tags, or other tag management systems\nUnderstanding of digital advertising tracking and attribution\nGeneral understanding of how ad-serving platforms work\nFamiliarity with Campaign Manager 360, Adform, Flashtalking, or similar platforms\nExperience with DSP platforms or programmatic advertising\nKnowledge of consent management, server-side
