Please find below the details of the role and its responsibilities.\nSkills Required:\nExperience Range: 7 - 9 years\nJob Summary:\nThe Cloud Platform Engineering is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining cloud platform infrastructure in Azure. This role focuses on driving reliability and efficiency of the environment by keeping landing zones update to date and optimized. The cloud engineer will support a large-scale data center exit program, cloud native architecture application platforms, and advanced data and AI services. Reporting to the Lead Cloud Engineer, the engineer will collaborate with cross-functional product teams to deliver innovative solutions, supporting company objectives. The role requires strong leadership in coordinating with stakeholders across different Global Technology Domain Areas, e.g. Data, Network, Core Infrastructure, Architecture.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\nDesign and implement cloud infrastructure -- landing zones, application and data platforms.\nDevelop plans for continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure focusing on new services and opportunities to improve land zones.\nExamine incoming requests for cloud deployments. Work as team member to implement requested modifications.\nDrive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying enhancement opportunities across systems and processes, prioritizing initiatives, and delegating activities\nChampion security-by-design principles for cloud deployments implementing cloud-native policies and pre-approved workload patterns\nProvide tier 2/3 support for major incidents related to cloud platforms\nCollaborate with architects, engineers, and third-party vendors to evaluate, propose, and implement new standards, technologies, and continuous improvement initiatives\nProvide guidance mentorship to help other engineers transition to cloud centric environment.\nFoster continuous learning within the team and maintain personal expertise on emerging technologies to guide strategic decision-making and architectural design discussions\n\nJob Requirements:\nDegree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience\n7 to 10 years of experience leading tooling and automation development and operations\nExperienced in creating business value linked technology strategies and driving strategy through implementation\n\nExtensive experience engineering solutions to support cloud computing environments:\nAKS, ACE, ASE\nServerless Compute\nAzure Storage\nAzure PaaS services\nLog Analytics\nWindows/Linux\nGitHub\nTerraform/Bicep infrastructure as code\nExperience with cloud native automation and orchestration.\nUnderstanding of DevOps processes and Agile development cycles and experience of support Continuous Integration (CI)/ Continuous Delivery (CD) platforms.\n\nA broad knowledge and understanding of Infrastructure systems and technologies:\nIaaS Compute & Storage\nCloud Native Networking – Firewall, Traffic Managers, API Gateways, Express Route, \nSecurity SIEM implementation\nPaaS DB and Managed Instance\nPaaS provisioning and configurations\nDR, BC, and HA technologies\nAD, AAD, Hybrid AAD and AAD DS\nDNS & Azure DNS\nAbility to carry out requirements analysis and create solution designs\nStrong background of working within an ITIL service management framework\nExpertise in vendor and managed service provider performance management\nHighly analytical, with the ability to analyze service delivery performance and drive improvements\nStrong team leadership and people development skills\n\nCertifications in each of the following:\nMinimum:\nAZ Admin AZ-104\nAz Networking (AZ-500)\nTruly Differentiating would be the above with any of the following\nAzure Developer AZ-204\nSolutions architecture AZ-305\nAZ Dev Ops Az-400 (CI/CD)\n\nCompany Details:\nAt ADM, we unlock the power of nature to provide access to nutrition worldwide.
