This role is accountable for building a high-performing global delivery organization, advancing ADM's enterprise data strategy, and enabling the scaling of digital and AI-driven solutions across the business. The Director will serve as a critical bridge between global and regional teams, ensuring the GCC\noperates as both a delivery engine and a center of excellence for data, analytics, and AI enablement.\n\nKey Accountabilities:\nGCC Build & Organizational Leadership:\nEstablish and scale the Data, Analytics & AI function within the GCC, aligned to ADM's global strategy\nDefine the operating model, governance structure, and Ways of Working (WoW)\nBuild and lead a high-performing team across data engineering, analytics, and AI enablement\nFoster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning\n\nData & Analytics Delivery Excellence:\nProvide leadership oversight for end-to-end delivery across:\nData platforms (Azure, Databricks, SAP Datasphere\nMaster Data Management (MDM), data quality, and governance\nBusiness intelligence and reporting (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau)\n\nEnsure delivery outcomes meet expectations for quality, timeliness, and business value:\nStandardize tools, processes, and best practices across global teams\n\nAI & Digital Enablement:\nPartner with Digital & Innovation (D&I) teams to scale AI and digital solutions across the enterprise\nEnable transition of solutions from ideation and prototyping to enterprise-scale deployment.\n\nClassification: Internal\nEnsure data readiness, governance, and platform capabilities to support AI initiatives\nPromote adoption of emerging technologies aligned with business priorities\nOwn the delivery of data pipelines, feature stores, and model-serving infrastructure that underpin AI/ML workloads\nDefine clear boundaries between what the GCC AI team builds vs. supports, in coordination with the central D&I team\n\nPortfolio & Value Management:\nTranslate enterprise strategy into a prioritized data, analytics, and AI roadmap:\nEstablish demand intake, prioritization, and governance frameworks\n\nTrack business value through KPIs, ROI, and benefits realization:\nOptimize resource allocation and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities\n\nStakeholder Engagement & Global Alignment:\nAct as the primary interface between GCC and global leadership\nCollaborate with Delivery Directors and business stakeholders to align on priorities and capacity\nCommunicate progress on delivery, talent, and innovation initiatives\nBuild strong partnerships across business functions including Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Master Data\n\nTalent Strategy & Culture:\nLead hiring, onboarding, and development of top-tier talent\nEstablish structured career paths, mentorship programs, and capability development initiatives\nEmbed ADM's culture and values within the GCC\nDrive engagement, performance management, and retention\n\nQualifications & Experience:\nLeadership & Functional Expertise:\nClassification: Internal:\n15+ years of experience in technology, with strong focus on Data & Analytics\n8+ years in leadership roles building and managing global teams\nProven experience in establishing or scaling global capability centers or delivery organizations\nStrong business acumen with ability to align technology initiatives to enterprise strategy\n\nTechnical Expertise:\nRequired:\nDeep understanding of modern data platforms and ecosystems (Azure, Databricks, or equivalent)\nBI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent\nMaster Data Management (MDM), data governance, quality, and migration\nData engineering and analytics delivery at scale\nSolid experience in AI/ML product development, MLOps, or automation pipelines.\n\nPreferred (but not mandatory):\nSAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud experience\nExperience with digital product development or platform engineering\n\nCore Competencies:\nStrategic thinking with a bias toward execution and measurable outcomes\nStakeholder influence at senior executive levels\nOrganizational design and talent development\nChange leadership and transformation management\nCross-cultural collaboration and communication across time zones\nAbility to navigate the politics of standing up a new function within a matrixed global
