This role provides leadership across Enterprise Applications, Full Stack Development, Integration, and Automation, ensuring the people, processes, and technical capabilities required to deliver scalable, secure, reliable, and business-aligned technology solutions.\nThe successful candidate will combine strong engineering leadership with broad enterprise technology experience across ERP, CRM, industry-leading enterprise applications, custom/full-stack development, enterprise integration, and automation. The role will lead managers, employees, contractors, and vendor resources based in India while collaborating closely with GT leadership, Product Teams, Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Release Management, and business stakeholders.\nThe position is accountable for engineering leadership, organizational capability, technical standards, talent development, delivery effectiveness, and successful execution of enterprise technology outcomes across the India-based engineering organization.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead and manage India-based engineering teams and managers across Enterprise Applications, Full Stack Development, Integration, and Automation.\nEstablish and promote engineering standards, governance, architecture principles, development practices, and delivery methodologies across ADM and vendor resources.\nProvide technical leadership and oversight across enterprise application engineering, custom software development, integration, and automation solutions.\nEnsure delivery of scalable, secure, reliable, maintainable, and supportable solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.\nLead, coach, and develop India-based engineering managers and technical leaders through clear expectations, regular feedback, performance management, career development, succession planning, and technical mentoring.\nBuild and maintain a high-performing engineering organization focused on delivery excellence, engineering quality, automation, simplification, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nPartner with GT leadership on workforce planning, talent development, capability building, succession planning, hiring, and organizational growth initiatives.\nManage resource allocation, onboarding, skills development, capacity planning, and vendor performance to support business and technology priorities.\nCollaborate closely with Product Teams and Digital Technology & Engineering teams across onsite and offshore locations to ensure effective delivery alignment, knowledge sharing, and execution of enterprise initiatives.\nPartner with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Release Management, Product Teams, and business stakeholders to drive successful delivery of enterprise technology solutions.\nDrive adoption of Agile, DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, automation, reusable engineering patterns, and modern software development lifecycle practices.\nEstablish measurable engineering outcomes across delivery predictability, productivity, technical capability, automation, reliability, reuse, and technical debt reduction.\nPromote engineering standardization and reuse across technology platforms while reducing unnecessary customization and long-term technical complexity.\n\nMust-Have Skills:\n12+ years of IT / software engineering experience with demonstrated experience leading enterprise technology and engineering teams.\n7+ years of formal people-management experience, including experience managing managers, senior technical leaders, employees, contractors, and vendor resources.\nProven experience leading engineering teams across multiple technology domains rather than a single application or platform.\nStrong leadership capabilities including coaching, mentoring, performance management, career development, workforce planning, and succession planning.\nExperience managing global and geographically distributed teams, contractor resources, and strategic technology partners.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, executive presence, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\n\nEnterprise Applications & Architecture:\nStrong understanding of enterprise application landscapes including ERP, CRM, and other industry-leading enterprise platforms.\nExperience with major enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Coupa, IFS, Microsoft enterprise platforms, or similar technologies.\nExperience partnering with Enterprise Architecture and Product/functional teams to build technology solutions.\nAbility to balance business requirements, engineering standards, long-term sustainability, scalability, cost, and technical debt.\n\nFull Stack & Digital Engineering:\nStrong understanding of modern software engineering across front-end, back-end, APIs, databases, cloud services, and application architecture.\nExperience leading teams delivering enterprise-scale custom and digital applications.\nFamiliarity with modern development technologies and frameworks such as Java, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, React, Node.js, SQL, APIs, and cloud-native technologies.\nStrong understanding of coding standards, reusable components, development frameworks, secure coding practices, software design patterns, and application lifecycle management.\nExperience driving modern engineering practices including DevOps, CI/CD, automated deployment, cloud-native development, observability, and engineering automation.\n\nIntegration & Automation:\nStrong understanding of enterprise integration architecture, including API-led, event-driven, middleware, cloud, and hybrid integration patterns.\nExperience with integration technologies such as Azure Integration Services, SAP Integration Suite, MuleSoft, Boomi, Oracle SOA, or similar enterprise integration platforms.\nExperience connecting ERP, CRM, enterprise applications, digital platforms, and external systems through scalable and reusable integration patterns.\nStrong understanding of automation technologies including RPA, workflow automation, process automation, low-code/no-code platforms, and intelligent automation.\nExperience with automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar technologies.\nAbility to identify opportunities where automation can improve productivity, simplify processes, reduce manual effort, and accelerate business outcomes.\nExperience evolving automation beyond task-level RPA toward broader process automation, intelligent automation, and AI-enabled automation.\n\nDelivery & Operational Excellence:\nExperience driving end-to-end delivery of enterprise technology solutions across multiple business and technology initiatives.\nStrong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, release management, and application lifecycle management.\nExperience establishing and enforcing engineering standards, architecture principles, development practices, governance, and operational readiness.\nProven ability to manage competing priorities, capacity constraints, technical dependencies, and complex enterprise delivery environments.\nExperience improving delivery predictability, engineering productivity, solution quality, and time to market.\nStrong understanding of technical debt management, application modernization, engineering metrics, and continuous improvement.\n\nPeople Leadership & Capability Development:\nProven experience managing and developing engineering managers and technical leaders.\nAbility to build capability plans and identify skills required across Enterprise Applications, Full Stack, Integration, and Automation.\nExperience building high-performing engineering teams and developing technical career paths.\nStrong
