We stand at the intersection of global expertise and local excellence, enabling us to drive innovation and support our larger purpose of unlocking the power of nature to enrich quality of life.\n\nPosition- System Analyst II\nLocations: Bengaluru, India\nPosition Summary:\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions with a primary focus on Employee Central (EC), Talent Management modules, and Payroll integrations/applications. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver scalable HR and payroll solutions that improve employee experience, talent processes, compliance, and operational efficiency.\n\nJob Responsibilities:\nLead and participate in end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), Talent Management modules, and Payroll solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and regulatory compliance.\nConfigure, test, and deploy SuccessFactors solutions including Employee Central (EC), Performance & Goals (PMGM), Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather HR, talent, organizational management, and payroll requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.\nDeliver End to End implementation of payroll-related integrations and processes across payroll platforms such as SAP ECP, ADP, SD Worx, Ceridian Dayforce, Workday Payroll, and other third-party payroll providers.\nConfigure and maintain Employee Central foundation objects, business rules, workflows, role-based permissions (RBP), event reasons, dynamic groups, and MDF objects.\nPartner with Talent Management stakeholders to optimize performance management, goal management, succession planning, talent reviews, and development planning processes.\nConduct fit-gap workshops and provide recommendations on HR and talent process improvements leveraging SuccessFactors best practices.\nSupport integration design and testing between SuccessFactors and external systems including payroll, benefits, learning, workforce management, identity management, and finance applications.\nCreate and review functional specifications for reports, integrations, conversions, enhancements, workflows, and custom business requirements.\nLead and support Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, regression testing, payroll validation testing, and end-to-end business process testing.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, IT, Security, and third-party vendors.\nSupport data migration activities including employee, organizational, position, compensation, and talent data validation.\nLead cutover planning, deployment activities, post-production stabilization, and hypercare support.\nIdentify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement utilizing Business Rules, Workflows, Intelligent Services, and SuccessFactors platform capabilities.\nConduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide training for business users, system administrators, and support teams.\nStay current with SAP SuccessFactors releases, innovations, and industry best practices across Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll. \n\nJob Requirements:\n3-6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations and support.\nStrong experience implementing and supporting Employee Central (EC) and multiple SuccessFactors Talent modules.\nExperience working with one or more payroll platforms including: SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP), ADP, SD Worx, Ceridian Dayforce, Workday Payroll, Other payroll managed service providers\nDeep understanding of: Employee Central architecture, Position Management, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Business Rules, Workflows, Foundation Objects, MDF Framework\nExperience configuring and supporting SF Talent modules (Performance & Goals (PMGM), Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding)\nPreferred experience working within a product-based operating model, with the ability to support continuous product enhancements, drive stakeholder engagement, and manage evolving business requirements in an agile environment.\nProven experience in global HR transformations and SuccessFactors implementation programs. \n\nExperience supporting integrations using: \nSAP Integration Suite/CPI\nBoomi\nDell Boomi\nMiddleware platforms\nAPIs and OData services\nExperience working with third-party HR, payroll, benefits, and workforce management vendors.\nHands-on experience supporting UAT, SIT, regression testing, cutover planning, data migration, production deployment, and post-go-live support.\nExperience in defect management, issue analysis, root cause identification, and resolution across HR and payroll processes.\nStrong understanding of HR processes, talent management lifecycle, workforce administration, and organizational management.\nSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification and/or relevant Talent module certifications preferred.\nExperience with reporting and analytics solutions including Story Reporting, Workforce Analytics, Canvas Reporting, and People Analytics is preferred.\nAbility to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams.\nStrong analytical, organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\nDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, business users, and technical teams.\nAbility to work independently and within global project teams in a fast-paced environment.\nWillingness to travel and provide occasional after-hours support during critical project phases and go-live
