The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and excellent leadership skills, with the ability to lead a team working on multiple projects. We are seeking an experienced technical lead who will lead a team of colleagues delivering data warehouse solutions for a diverse set of internal customers. The technical lead should have a strong understanding of data architecture, data integration, data quality, master data management, data governance, data modeling, and other related data services.\n\nResponsibilities: \nLead the technical planning and delivery of multiple projects.\nCommunicate effectively with business and IT colleagues.\nProvide fit-gap recommendations to teams when designing solutions to new requirements.\nDeliver projects on time, on budget, and in a way that accomplishes project goals.\nWork on simultaneous projects without sacrificing delivery.\nEnsure effective migration from development to service delivery.\nProvide status updates for stakeholder reporting.\nWork with data mapping, data warehouse, master data management, and data visualization teams to ensure successful delivery of enterprise data warehouse solutions.\nAnticipate and identify problems, develop ideas, and propose solutions within differing situations requiring analytical, evaluative, or constructive thinking in daily work.\nPrepare and present ideas and recommendations to colleagues and management.\nMentor team members in their use of data ingestion, data mapping, ETL, data modeling, and business intelligence tools.\nCollaborate across all data and analytics functions, including data governance, data architecture, and service delivery.\nMaintain team technical playbooks and ways of working.\nLoad data into data structures using tools such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Qlik Replicate, Qlik Compose, and other similar toolsets.\nCollaborate with reporting architects, data modelers, and designers to deliver best-in-class data and reporting solutions.\nWork proactively and independently to address project requirements and articulate issues/challenges to reduce project delivery risks.\n\nRequirements: \n4-year bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, computer science, science, engineering, statistics, programming, business analytics, mathematics, or a related field\n9+ years of technology work experience.\n9+ years of Enterprise BI and Analytics hands-on technical experience implementing data warehouses and data marts in an Agile environment.\nWorking knowledge of data and analytics architecture, dimensional modeling, data warehousing concepts, data marts, and data integration best practices.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Azure Databricks, SAP DataSphere, SSIS, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Qlik Replicate, Qlik Compose, and Power BI.\nSolid understanding of ERP data models and data architectures (SAP and JDE preferred) to extract data in support of analytic product development and business transformation projects.\nExperience with full software development lifecycle methodologies, expert level of SQL, and working knowledge of ETL and ELT approaches, design, and implementation.\nUnderstands and can navigate complex business source systems.\nExperience in delivering solutions using iterative development methodologies like Agile, Kanban, and DevOps.\nExperience working with big data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Databricks, Hive, or equivalent is a plus.\nWorking knowledge of Python ML libraries like Scikit-learn/PyTorch or Azure ML is a plus.\nExperience working in the DevOps / CICD framework is a plus.\nExperience with metadata management discipline and practices using Information Steward is a plus.\nMotivated, demonstrates initiative and leadership.\nAble to think critically and be solution-oriented.\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work easily with
