It operates an extensive network of depots and markets to stabilise food prices and supply in Malawi.\n\nADMARC Limited invites applications from suitably qualified, mature and experienced candidates to fill the vacant position of:\n\nTitle of Post: Legal Services Manager\n\nJob Summary\n\nEmployer: ADMARC Limited\n\nJob Type: Full-time\n\nLocation: Blantyre, Malawi\n\nCategory: Legal\n\nClosing Date: 2026-11-13\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nTaking minutes of the Board of Directors and its sub-committees as delegated by the Chief Executive Officer/Board;\n\nConducting litigation initiated by and against the Company before the appropriate courts in close coordination with the concerned function;\n\nProviding legal support in drafting and vetting agreements, MoUs and contracts for the Company as and when required;\n\nProviding legal advice and opinion on legal issues affecting the Company;\n\nProactively resolving legal issues and providing solutions to avoid litigation;\n\nGuiding the Company in interpretation of laws regarding all aspects of the Company;\n\nSetting up systems to ensure compliance with statutory requirements;\n\nEvaluating the impact of evolving legal/statutory regulations on the Company's operations, highlighting the same and contributing to the business planning process;\n\nInterfacing with relevant parties on behalf of the Company to handle litigation, obtain legal advice and legal services;\n\nProducing periodic reports.\n\nRequirements\n\nBachelor of Law (Honors) Degree from an institution accredited by NCHE.\n\nMaster's Degree in Law.\n\nA valid Legal Practitioner's License\n\nFive (5) years working experience in a similar position in a busy work environment.\n\nHow to Apply\nAddress: P.
