The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to build scalable financial systems and processes aligned with the company’s expansion objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nFinancial Planning & Budgeting\nPrepare monthly and Yearly budgets and forecast\nMonitor actuals vs. budget and analyse variances\nConduct department wise profitability review\nAccounting & Financial Reporting\nEnsure accurate bookkeeping and maintenance of accounts\nConsolidation and finalisation of the holding and subsidiary books\nPreparation of financial statements as per the applicable regulatory framework in India\nCo-ordination with the auditors for the timely completion of Audits\nTaxation & Compliance\nCompliance with the Income Tax, GST, Companies Act, FEMA , SEZ and other applicable regulations\nEnsure accurate and timely filing of the returns and forms requested under various act\nDevelop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position.\nCash Flow & Working Capital Management\nMonitor cash flows\nManage receivables and payables\nCo-ordination with bank including the compliance with loan facilities\nInternal Controls and Risk Management\nEstablish internal financial controls\nImplement cost control measures\nEnsure fraud prevention and financial risk mitigation\nPayroll & Statutory Compliance\nSupervise payroll processing\nEnsure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, and labour laws\nOversee employee reimbursement and expense management\nMIS & Management Reporting\nPrepare monthly/ MIS reports\nPresent financial insights to senior management\nSupport decision-making with financial data analysis\nContract Management\nContract Oversight & Custodianship: - Maintain a central repository of all financial contracts (vendor, client, lease, loan agreements, etc.), Ensure contracts are complete, properly authorized, and accessible to relevant stakeholders, Track contract timelines, renewals, and expiry dates\nFinancial Compliance & Monitoring: - Review financial terms of contracts to ensure compliance with company policy, monitor payment terms, invoicing, and penalties/bonuses in contracts, Ensure adherence to budgets and financial commitments outlined in contracts, Flag any deviations or potential financial risks to senior management.\nRisk Management: - Identify financial risks in contracts (e.g., unfavorable payment terms, hidden liabilities, foreign exchange exposure), Collaborate with legal and Management teams to mitigate risk, ensure contracts comply with statutory and regulatory requirements in India\nRevenue Tracking & Optimization\nEnsure timely preparation and submission of client invoices, with proactive tracking of receivables to maintain healthy cash flow.\nEfficiently manage foreign exchange exposure to minimize financial risk and optimize returns.\nImplement and enforce policies and practices aimed at preventing revenue leakages and safeguarding organizational earnings.\nStakeholder Management\nCoordinate and communicate effectively with the Group’s stakeholders, including investors and third-party consultants, and deliver timely and accurate financial presentations as required.\nSupport stakeholders by providing timely reports, financial data, and relevant analysis to facilitate informed decision-making and compliance requirements of the foreign investors\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nChartered Accountant (CA) qualification (mandatory)\n10+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role\nProven experience in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning\nExpert-level working knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software, including Tally.
