Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering innovative, practical structural solutions that meet client expectations\nKey Responsibility\nLeading and mentoring a team and work closely with our German office.\nDeveloping and executing detailed project plans and ensuring timely delivery.\nPerforming structural calculations using software like ANSYS /Dlubal RFEM.\nUnderstanding the fundamental principles of structural engineering and leading the team in designing sea fastening concepts and steel structures, such as grillages and cradles, for transporting heavy cargo.\nTaking ultimate responsibility for all deliverables including calculations and project documents. \nSupporting R&D projects to develop the next-generation support structure for heavy cargo transportation.\nMentoring and guiding the team of structural engineers in performing their tasks, reviewing reports, and developing FEA methodologies.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nBachelor's or master’s degree in Naval Architecture/ Mechanical Engineering/ Civil Engineering or any other relevant engineering disciplines.\nMinimum 8 years of working experience in the design and analysis of steel structures.\nExpertise in any FEA Software.\nExcellent fundamentals in Structural mechanics.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, a passion for technology and a willingness to share knowledge.\nProficient in the design of steel structures and FE calculations.\nExperience in calculations of bolted and welded joints.\nProven ability to handle complex design tasks independently and effectively.\nFamiliarity with design standard requirements, such as DNV and Eurocode.\nPreferred Skills and Qualifications\nMaritime/offshore knowledge.\nKnowledge in ANSYS/ Dlubal RFEM.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in managing a team.\nProgramming knowledge (python, excel vba or similar).\nKey Competencies\nAbility to lead teams, manage project plans, and ensure timely delivery.\nProficiency in FEA software (e.g., ANSYS, Dlubal RFEM) and structural design principles.\nExpertise in structural calculations, steel structures, and joint design\nStrong mentoring, collaboration, and report review skills\nWhy Join US\nBy joining our client company as Lead Structural Engineer, you will lead cutting-edge structural engineering projects that challenge and inspire.
