Your deep understanding of industrial clients’ needs will ensure the delivery of user-centered designs that improve usability, drive engagement, and align with our brand vision.\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive the entire design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity mock-ups and prototypes.\nPartner closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless handoff and implementation.\nConduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.\nCreate and maintain design systems and component libraries using Figma, ensuring consistency across all products.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and maintain a high-quality user experience.\nAdvocate for user-centered design principles across the organization, influencing product strategy and roadmaps.\nStay up to date with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining the design process.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in UX design\nStrong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design across multiple platforms (web and mobile).\n Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD for design, prototyping, and collaboration.\nSolid understanding of user-centered design methodologies, including user research, wireframing, and usability testing.\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with stakeholders.\nExperience working closely with engineering teams to ensure high-fidelity designs meet the user's needs.\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.\nPreferred skills and Qualifications\nFamiliarity with additional design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch) is a plus.\nBasic knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML/CSS/JavaScript to facilitate communication with engineering teams.\nFamiliarity with Agile development processes and working in cross-functional teams.\nProven experience designing user interfaces and experiences for SaaS platforms, ensuring scalability, usability, and responsiveness in cloud-based environment\nKey Competencies\nDesign Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to approach design challenges creatively and methodically using design thinking processes.
