You will also support junior draftsman, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with industry standards.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop CAD drawings, General arrangement Plans, sea-fastening drawing, stowage plans, material take-offs, load-in, and load-out plans.\nConduct thorough self-checks and oversee the checking process of the team to ensure drawing outputs align with project requirements and technical specifications.\nEstablish and uphold company drawing standards, particularly for stowage and sea-fastening drawings, as well as lashing arrangements.\nWork closely with naval architects, structural engineers, and Supercargoes to ensure drawings are align with project requirements and deadlines.\nProvide technical assistance and mentorship to junior draftsman, sharing best practices and fostering professional growth.\nAddress technical challenges and provide solutions during the design and drafting process.\nRequired Skills and Qualification\nITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in ship structures & Outfit design. \nProficient understanding of ship and offshore terminology, structures, and operations.\nAdvanced proficiency in 2D/ 3D, MS Office.\nStrong spatial awareness with the ability to conceptualize in three dimensions.\nExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.\nFlexibility to take on additional responsibilities within the project team as necessary.\nPreferred Skills and Qualification\nProficiency in additional drafting software such as Rhino\nFamiliarity with Finite
