ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels\n- Strong understanding of performance marketing and key digital advertising metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, conversion rate, and customer acquisition\n- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of execution\n- Experience using performance data and market insights to develop strategic recommendations that drive business growth\n- 3-5+ years of experience in digital advertising, adtech, media, SaaS, or another customer-facing commercial role\n- Demonstrated ability to identify whitespace opportunities, build business cases, and influence clients to increase investment\n- Experience managing enterprise or mid-market client relationships with ownership of revenue, growth, or commercial performance goals\n- Highly proactive, commercially driven, and motivated by achieving growth targets in a fast-paced environment\n- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, account expansion, or consultative selling within an existing book of
