Boot)\n- Experience working with relational databases, preferably MySQL\n- Experience with CI/CD practices, automated testing, observability, and production support\n- 3+ years of hands-on experience with React and preferably TypeScript\n- Strong understanding of software design principles, clean code, testing, refactoring, and maintainable architecture\n- Experience using AI-assisted development tools responsibly and effectively for prototyping, architecting, coding, debugging, testing, refactoring, documentation, and learning\n- Ability to validate AI-generated code for correctness, security, scalability, performance, and maintainability\n- Ability to mentor engineers and improve team practices\n- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills\n- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking\n- High ownership, accountability, and delivery orientation\n- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment\n- Sound technical judgment and ability to evaluate
