We’re looking for a contract / fractional recruiter to support a focused hiring period at AdMed Inc.

Time: ~30 hours/week (≈4 days/week)

Duration: ~3-4 months, with potential for extension

Location: Remote (US-based)

Comp: Competitive hourly rate

  • Medical Writers
  • Account Executive
  • Assistant Medical Writer
  • Business Development Coordinator
  • Project Coordinator

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

Experience recruiting medical writers and other agency medical communications roles

Comfortable owning searches end-to-end (sourcing → screens → shortlist)

Experience working in an ATS (Workable preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter

Prioritizes quality over volume
